The van drives a different route than the motorcycle route. In addition, if this is unexpectedly necessary during the trip, up to 2 people plus accompanying motorcycles can be transported. (Additional amount per person is 500,-)

This tour offers riders the chance to see Scotland at its best, where every turn reveals a new view of the awe-inspiring scenery.

During this 12-day adventure, you’ll visit scenic nature parks and legendary islands like the Isle of Arran, Kintyre, and the Isle of Skye. A stop at Brodick Castle on the Isle of Arran is included, where you’ll explore a historic castle surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the sea. You’ll ride along the famous North Coast 500 route and make a spectacular ascent to Applecross, also known as “Bealach na Bà” – one of the Scottish Highlands’ most impressive roads. Along the way, you’ll pass the mysterious Loch Ness and have the chance to visit the royal Balmoral Castle. The further north you go, the quieter and wilder the surroundings become. The trip includes plenty of stops for ancient castles, serene lochs, and panoramic viewpoints. Thanks to the flexible setup, you set your own pace and choose where you’d like to pause.

In addition to incredible routes, Blue Sky Bike Rides offers an exclusive tour and tasting at a local whisky distillery for an authentic experience of Scottish culture. After a day full of adventure and new impressions, you’ll be warmly welcomed into cozy 3- or 4-star hotels, where you can relax over dinner with a glass of whisky and chat with fellow travelers about the day’s journey.

Ideal for Experienced Riders
This motorcycle tour is designed for experienced riders who enjoy challenging roads. With winding routes, steep climbs, and hidden dips, this ride promises an unforgettable experience. The trip is ideal for dual-sport or all-road motorcycles, which can optionally be equipped with saddlebags. Motorcycles and full gear are available for rental, with options to customize for extra comfort upon request.

Practical Details
With an average distance of 150 miles (240 km) per day (and one longer day covering 222 miles/357 km), you’ll have ample time to enjoy both the ride and the landscape. A rest day is included to allow you to explore the Isle of Skye at your own pace. No riding is scheduled on arrival and departure days.
